The reference A-USC unit without CCS achieves a net efficiency of 47.6% with CO 2 emissions of 700 kgCO 2 /MWh.This increased efficiency is expected to be achieved principally through the use of advanced ultrasupercritical (A-USC) steam conditions up to 760°C (1400°F) and 35 MPa (5000 psi).
